There is a 3-hour notice of cancellation policy for Chemical Services, Esthetic Treatments, Body Spa and Deluxe Services. You may be charged for the scheduled service if you cancel without providing adequate notice. Thank you.

Open Chair Policy
We at Guys & Gals Quarters want all of our clients to feel completely satisfied with their services. Sometimes clients and stylist just don't click on what the client desires. Clients may notice another stylist in the salon that they think may be able to capture their needs better. But, sometimes the client feels awkward in going to another stylist in the salon afraid of hurting that stylist's feelings.
That is why we have developed our Open Chair Policy. We want everyone that visits Guys and Gals to be completely satisfied. So at any time you feel like trying another stylist in the salon, please... feel free to do so... our chairs are open for you.
